With over 140 highly qualified employees, we actively contribute to the energy transition and supply security with 100% renewable, carbon-free, and local electricity for the benefit of Valais and Switzerland. br/br/To strengthen its "Networks" department, FMV is looking immediately or by arrangement for abr/br/Responsible for Land and Easement Rights 80% - 100%br/br/In this role, you will work in the Lines area of the "Networks" department. br/br/Your mission You are responsible for negotiations with private landowners, authorities, and other stakeholders in connection with high-voltage lines and infrastructure projects.
You secure easement rights and servitudes, arrange compensations, and represent the companies' interests in approval procedures as well as in objections.
Furthermore, you manage and administer the companies' real estate and land portfolio, including rentals, leases, as well as purchase and sales negotiations.
You also engage in similar matters within the Production department.
The position requires negotiation skills, assertiveness, and sound knowledge in land, real estate, and contract management.
Your profile Commercial basic education EFZ or equivalent qualification Several years of experience in administrative and coordinative activities Experience in contact with landowners, authorities, municipalities, and external partners Knowledge or experience in real estate, servitudes, land registry, or easement rights Editorial skills Basic technical and legal understanding Initiative in solution development Negotiation skills Empathy Ability to work independently as well as in a team Native French or German speaker with good knowledge of the other language (at least B2)br/br/Why work with us?
