Qualifications
Completed education in Information Technology or a comparable, officially recognized qualification Several years of practical experience as a System Administrator or IT Support Specialist Strong knowledge of current server and client operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS) Experience with Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams) Knowledge of cloud platforms is an advantage (AWS, Azure, GCP, Microsoft 365, etc.) Solid understanding of networking technologies, including TCP/IP, WAN/LAN, routing, switching, VLANs, and firewalls High level of reliability, communication skills, independence, and flexibility Fluent German and good English language skills Valid Category B driver’s license Willingness to travel throughout Switzerland Responsibilities
Receive and process support requests and incident reports Provide remote and on-site support for small to large customers Create and maintain operational manuals, documentation, and checklists Operate and monitor customer servers and networks, both on-premises and in the cloud Participate in internal IT projects and customer projects on-site Contribute to the continuous improvement of our IT services and cloud offerings What We Offer
