Main missions
- Assess financial and administrative conditions during residential admission processes. - Submit funding requests to financing services to ensure coverage of the stay. - Ensure continuity of financial benefits related to institutional stays, - Conduct social assessments in collaboration with the reference socio-educational workers, - Supervise educational and administrative teams for complex socio-administrative and financial follow-ups, - Assert the social and administrative rights of persons accommodated in the institution, - Coordinate and support administrative procedures with internal and external partners, - Evaluate the integration prospects of the persons accommodated, - Support individualised projects and social and/or socio-professional integration processes of persons accommodated in the three sectors of the institution, - Contribute to the life of the Foundation (conferences, networks, working groups and project development) within interdisciplinary teams.
Your profile
- HES or university degree relevant to the role: Bachelor or Master in social work or social sciences, or training deemed equivalent, - Analytical, synthesis and assessment skills, - Teamwork spirit and interest in interdisciplinary collaboration, - Excellent writing skills and proficiency in common IT tools, - Planning, organisational, priority management skills and autonomy, - Good knowledge of integration schemes, - Interest, knowledge and/or experience in processes of disaffiliation and exclusion, - Experience in addiction and/or mental health is an advantage, - CAS specialist in integration or equivalent training is appreciated.
