Your mission within our teams:
- Ensure the delivery and supervision of care delegated by the nursing team - Support residents in daily life activities - Maintain professional communication with all stakeholders - Actively participate in interdisciplinary work, notably through professional practice analyses led by our nursing managers - Be proactive by actively contributing to the improvement of care and support services and the conceptualisation of new projects
As a care and community health assistant, you will also have the opportunity to develop your skills through two optional paths:
- Clinically: become a reference professional for families and relatives - In team supervision at the care level: coordinate services and develop the skills of health auxiliaries
Your profile:
- Federal Certificate of Competence as a care and community health assistant - Experience in geriatrics, psychogeriatrics or palliative care is an asset - You appreciate interdisciplinary environments and contribute through your interpersonal skills to fostering constructive exchanges - Organised and able to manage priorities, you can handle varied situations and demonstrate mutual support - Ability to motivate and take responsibility, aptitude to give and receive feedback - You are keen to enhance your skills, both clinical and transversal, to develop yourself and meet the challenges of the care sector
