For EMS Blécherette, an open structure with 60 beds, located in the Plaines-du-Loup eco-district, north of Lausanne, we are looking for several health assistants for day activities
Are you passionate about care and support with a personalised approach to residents that emphasises interdisciplinary work and collective intelligence?

Your mission:
- Provide personalised care while respecting hygiene rules - Ensure the well-being of residents with a listening and supportive approach during all daily life activities - Apply internal directives, charters and the care and ethics philosophy of the Foundation
Your profile:
- Certified Red Cross health assistant training, EVAM or HévivA or equivalent training - Ability to work independently demonstrating versatility - Experience in geriatrics is an asset - You have a good command of French (written and spoken) - You are dynamic, sociable while showing rigour
