Villa Ruchonnet (a medicalised psycho-social establishment), located in the heart of Lausanne, supports 23 women affected by mental health issues in their recovery process. Our approach is based on individualised psycho-social support, embedded in a mission of maintenance and rehabilitation.

Profile sought
- Bachelor in nursing (HES or equivalent recognised by the Swiss Red Cross) - Experience in mental health preferred, your sensitivity to the field counts as much as your years of practice - Recovery-oriented stance and support - Ease in conducting interviews and working in networks - Organisational skills, reflexivity, emotional management, autonomy - Driving licence (category B)
