Your mission:
- Analyse situations, identify resources and set care objectives for residents in an interdisciplinary manner - Participate in defining the organisation of the unit and supervise the activities of care staff - Ensure professional communication with all stakeholders - Be proactive by actively participating in improving care and support services and in conceptualising new projects
Your profile:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (or equivalent qualification recognised by the Red Cross) - Experience in geriatrics, psychogeriatrics or palliative care is an asset - You appreciate interdisciplinary environments and contribute through your interpersonal skills to fostering constructive exchanges - Organised and able to manage priorities, you can handle varied situations and demonstrate mutual support - You are keen to enhance your skills, both clinical and transversal, to develop and meet the challenges of the care sector
