The Fribourg Youth Foundation FFJ supports children, young people and families in residential and outpatient settings who are seeking help and/or facing social integration difficulties. The cross-functional services, notably the Administration and Finance sector, form an essential pillar for the smooth running of our institution. Its strategic role enables the entire Foundation to operate fluidly, relying on solid administrative and financial foundations.
We are looking for, for a start date to be agreed, a:
ACCOUNTING MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT
Work rate: 70%
Role & Responsibilities: As an accounting management assistant, you will independently manage the general accounting and take charge of various administrative tasks directly linked to the smooth operation of the Administration & Finance sector. In this capacity, you will mainly be responsible for:
- Ensuring the complete management of general accounting: entry of transactions, account monitoring, invoicing, payment and debt collection management, closings, preparation of documents for control bodies; - Participating in budget preparation and managing a petty cash fund (collection of fees, taxes, charges, etc.) - Carrying out various administrative and secretarial tasks: handling mail, drafting correspondence, claims declarations, monitoring specific files; - Participating in reception and answering telephone calls; - Collaborating with the team and management, supervising an apprentice and organising their work independently.
Profile:
- You hold a Federal VET Diploma as a commercial employee, supplemented by further training or in-depth accounting knowledge; - You have professional experience in accounting management, ideally in an institutional or associative environment; - You work independently and efficiently and possess excellent organisational skills as well as the ability to work in a team; - You have a very good command of IT tools; - You are recognised for your analytical mind, discretion and rigour.
