- Bachelor HES-SO in Nursing or equivalent, or foreign diploma recognised by the Swiss Red Cross - Professional experience: at least 2 years full-time (equivalent to 100% working rate in Switzerland) in a specialised psychiatric institution - Professional experience in Switzerland: at least 1 year of practice under equivalent conditions - Listening and support skills - Ability to be proactive and to position oneself as a partner in network work - Ability to adapt to change, work autonomously and manage complex situations and acute crises - Driving licence essential
