Profile
- Bachelor HES-SO in Nursing or equivalent, or foreign diploma recognised by the Swiss Red Cross - Skills in managing a patient portfolio based on continuous assessment and monitoring of care objectives - Knowledge of home care is an asset - Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team - Listening skills and ability to provide support - Ability to be proactive and position oneself as a partner in network work - Ability to adapt to change, work autonomously and manage complex and/or crisis situations - Available, flexible and good adaptability - Driving licence essential
