As part of an increase in our activity and to meet new cantonal projects, we are looking to strengthen our teams of occupational therapists, currently composed of 22 occupational therapists within the CMS of the Fondation de La Côte, by opening positions for:
An Occupational Therapist
for the CMS of Morges West (80%)
Mission
- Provide quality occupational therapy services based on occupational models, and according to a client-centred approach - Take charge of clients in accordance with the mission of home care within an interdisciplinary working mode - Participate in the well-ageing approach and skills development, ensuring supervision of auxiliary staff and trainees - Be an advocate for occupational therapy within their CMS, the FLC during professional groups, and in the community, by taking part in the cantonal home rehabilitation project, local initiatives and/or by leading prevention workshops
Profile
- Bachelor HES-SO in Occupational Therapy or equivalent, or foreign diploma recognised by the Swiss Red Cross - Ability to be proactive and to position oneself as a partner in network work - Interest in developing one’s role autonomously - Experience in the care field is a plus - Interest in developing practice according to occupational models, empowerment, and partnership with the client - Proficiency in IT tools and a driving licence are essential
