The Fondation de Nant organises all public psychiatric care in the eastern Vaud region. It fulfils a public health mission at the request of the State of Vaud. Its care services are open to all, children, adolescents, adults and elderly people living in the districts of Aigle, Lavaux-Oron and Riviera-Pays-d’Enhaut. They are provided by Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Social Workers, Educators and other mental health professionals. The Fondation de Nant is a member of the Federation of Vaud Hospitals (FHV), the umbrella organisation of recognised regional hospitals of public interest in Vaud. It is also part of the Haut-Léman Health Network which brings together health partners from the Riviera and Pays-d’Enhaut with those from the Vaud and Valais Chablais. Attached to psychoanalysis through its history, the Fondation de Nant currently identifies with its contemporary developments. The resulting clinical vision is reflected in its practices, training and openness to other approaches.

THE MISSION
The night nurses are responsible for providing the necessary care to each patient, demonstrating great autonomy while working closely within an interdisciplinary team. Required to work across different sites, they stand out for their strong adaptability and flexibility.
WE OFFER
The Fondation de Nant is a private institution recognised as being of public interest, mandated by the State to organise and provide psychiatric care in the eastern Vaud region. Working at the Fondation de Nant means working within an interdisciplinary team offering short to medium-term stays to support and consolidate the recovery process of patients with severe mental disorders causing social and relational difficulties.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR
A nurse with experience in psychiatry, holding a Bachelor of Science HES-SO in nursing with Red Cross recognition (or an equivalent qualification deemed acceptable). We are looking for a particularly adaptable and flexible person, capable of serving the patient, colleagues and the institution. Finally, we wish to integrate a person motivated by the Foundation’s mission and who appreciates working in an interdisciplinary team.
