Essential requirements for the role:
- HES nursing diploma (or equivalent qualification / Swiss recognition) - Proficiency with computer tools - Organisational skills - Positive leadership - Team spirit and empathy - Good listening and communication skills

- CAS in team management (or equivalent qualification / Swiss recognition) - Training as PLEX / PLAISIR evaluator
