You will be responsible for the quality of care and support provided in the care facility for the elderly. In this capacity, you will ensure compliance with professional best practices, safety, continuity, and ongoing training.As a specialist, you will put your clinical expertise at the service of your team. You will support them in complex situations, support skills development, and promote reflective practice, thus contributing to maintaining a high level of quality of care.As the primary contact for residents and their families, you will develop a close collaboration with attending physicians and network partners to ensure coordinated, personalized support centered on the needs of each resident.Working closely with the site manager, you will contribute to the management of your unit.
