This division offers services related to the elderly, including long-term care, care for advanced age, short-term stays, day care, protected apartments, as well as production kitchens. We aim to offer, in all circumstances, places where it is good to live.To complete our teams at the care facility for the elderly in Blonay St-Légier, we are looking for committed, warm, and dynamic professionals for the following position:Experienced Unit Care Nurse Manager80% to 100%As Unit Care Nurse Manager, you will ensure the management and supervision of a team while ensuring personalized, respectful, and benevolent support for residents. You will be responsible for the quality of care and support provided in the care facility for the elderly. In this capacity, you will ensure compliance with professional best practices, safety, continuity, and ongoing training.As a specialist, you will put your clinical expertise at the service of your team. You will support them in complex situations, support skills development, and promote reflective practice, thus contributing to maintaining a high level of quality of care.As the primary contact for residents and their families, you will develop a close collaboration with attending physicians and network partners to ensure coordinated, personalized support centered on the needs of each resident.Working closely with the site manager, you will contribute to the management of your unit.
