A multidisciplinary and multi-site structure, it offers the residents a particularly harmonious living and working environment as well as a range of skills adapted to the needs and aspirations of each individual.
Integrated into the Eben-Hézer Foundation, the Cité du Genévrier is the custodian of the moral testament of its founder, Sister Julie Hofmann.

Missionbr/br/For the residents of the Cité du Genévrier, living there means, among other things, being able to benefit from a whole range of activities, therapies and leisure pursuits.
We pay particular attention to this.
That is why, to complement our dynamic team of therapists, we are looking for abr/br/physiotherapist M/F between 20% and 40%.
You will collaborate with the team to provide physiotherapy support for a population with mental and/or physical disabilities.
You will conduct physiotherapy sessions to treat functional limitations resulting from injuries and illnesses affecting muscles, joints, bones as well as the neurological, respiratory, circulatory and cardiac systems.
Additionally, you will also have the opportunity to develop adapted sports activities for the residents.
Finally, you will have the chance to work interdisciplinarily with your therapist colleagues from various professions, sharing knowledge and group activities with the residents.
Desired profilebr/br/With a HES physiotherapist diploma (foreign diplomas with Red Cross recognition or in the process of being obtained)br/br/Experience in the field of intellectual disability and multiple disabilities is an assetbr/br/Ability to work in a team and collaborate with various internal partnersbr/br/Possessing interpersonal skills, an open mind, and the ability to listen and take initiativebr/br/Able to combine technical skill implementation with quality interpersonal exchangesbr/br/Working environmentbr/br/Within the framework of this permanent contract, you will benefit from an interesting and varied internal training programme, as well as the social conditions and benefits of the collective labour agreement of the Vaud parapublic social sector with 6 weeks’ holiday, 7 weeks from the age of 50.
