The Echaud Foundation is a socio-educational institution that accommodates 80 adults with multiple disabilities or medically recognised severe cerebral palsy, often with various additional disorders and impairments. To complete our team of therapists at the Cugy residential centre, we are looking for, for a date to be agreed, a: Physiotherapist at 80%
The Position: Work within a team of dynamic therapists (physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech therapist and art therapist), with a large degree of autonomy. Provide therapies in the therapy room and on the living groups, including respiratory physiotherapy. Collaborate and be attentive to the educational teams supporting the beneficiaries. Work with a multidisciplinary team for the development and monitoring of therapeutic programmes and educational projects for the beneficiaries. Participate in review meetings on the support of beneficiaries. Organise beneficiaries’ orthopaedic appointments. Collaborate with families and legal representatives. Maintain and update therapeutic records of beneficiaries. Collaborate with external partners. The Profile: Physiotherapist diploma or qualification recognised by the Swiss Red Cross . Awareness of multiple disabilities. Interest in integrating and engaging in a concept of integrated therapies. Ease in teamwork, organisation and reliability. Good computer skills. The Framework: Varied team work, rich in contacts, based on participation and responsibility. Pleasant working environment in modern premises and equipment. Dynamic atmosphere.
