La Enfance Emma X is actively committed to the reception, protection, and support of minors whose development is at risk. Our services are aimed at children as well as their parents. We implement our actions in accordance with values that we embody on a daily basis. Our activities are fully in line with the child protection policy issued by the Canton of Vaud. With its strong commitment, the organization manages 5 and 6 units, mobilizing more than 250 staff members for this purpose. Within the framework of its sector, the organization offers a service for the supervision and accompaniment of meetings between a minor and one of their parents. Provided by a team of trained practitioners, the service is carried out in various locations in the Eastern Vaud region. Measures regarding visitation rights are prescribed and orchestrated by the child protection authorities. To strengthen the visitation team, the sector is looking for a:Practitioner for hourly visitsThe position requires availability mainly at the end of the day and on Wednesdays, as well as on Saturdays, depending on the requirements of the position.- Facilitate the parent-child relationship in a context of separation.- Ensure the safety of individuals in contexts requiring high vigilance.- Accompany interactions between the parent and the child, thus facilitating the smooth running of visits and adjustments to the environment.- Observe parental skills and support their continuous development.- Offer parents an understanding of their child that effectively translates their needs and behavior and contributes to the strengthening of parental skills.- Draft documents related to the accompaniments and actively participate in associated review meetings.Profile- Degree in social work or psychology, or a title deemed equivalent.- Experience and continuous training in the field of child protection and parenthood.- Excellent knowledge of the social work field and the tools associated with it.- Proven ability to manage meetings with parents and children facing behavioral and/or personality disorders.- Ability to maintain one's own safety and emotional stability; ease in adopting an assertive posture and positioning oneself in a professional manner.- Driving license and personal vehicle essential.We offer you- A pleasant working environment, a dynamic team in an organization ready to value talent as well as to take on challenges.- Working conditions according to the CCT.- Place of work: Vevey and surroundings or Aigle.- Start date: Immediately or to be agreed upon.- Duration: Indefinite.Application: Your complete file (cover letter, CV, certificates, diplomas, etc.) must be sent no later than the deadline via the online portal.
