Your main tasks Analyse files to determine entitlement to disability benefits, premium exemptions, survivor benefits.
Handle old-age benefit cases, including early benefits (capital, pensions).
Manage complex cases escalated by the Front Office.
Handle complex correspondence and manage telephone contacts with insured persons and third parties (compensation offices, social partners, lawyers, fiduciaries, etc).
Perform checks according to our internal control system.
Actively contribute to the development and improvement of our processes and IT management system. br/br/What you bring You have several years of experience in handling disability benefits, incapacity for work or other benefits.
You have several years of experience in occupational pension provision.
A federal certificate in social insurance or occupational pension provision is required.
You are proficient in Italian.
Knowledge of German would be an asset.
