Within the La Clairière Foundation, the Temporary Reception Centre (CAT) offers a warm and secure environment designed to support staying at home and the quality of life of elderly people. With a capacity of 9 beneficiaries per day, our small multidisciplinary team implements suitable activities that encourage interaction, stimulation and the maintenance of abilities while respecting each person’s pace. To complete our teams, we are looking for a HES / ES Activity Leader – CAT / Sociocultural

Your main duties: Support beneficiaries with a holistic, caring approach that respects their pace and abilities. Propose, organise and lead social, cognitive, cultural and creative activities linked to support projects. Promote the maintenance of autonomy through ADLs and IADLs, including through an adapted sensory approach. Ensure the physical and psychological safety of beneficiaries, especially during activities and transfers. Prepare and supervise transport between home and the CAT. Establish a secure and rewarding reception framework. Collaborate with relatives, the interdisciplinary team, external stakeholders and local partners. Contribute to the CAT’s dynamic through celebrations, events and activities linked to the institution’s life. Ensure quality handovers, rigorous documentation and smooth communication within the team.
Your duties supporting the CAT Manager: Provide support for administrative continuity (mail, file follow-up, IT tasks, invoicing) Participate in updating certain professional documents (reports, minutes, protocols). Take part in PODA and OPAS evaluations. Conduct home visits for new admissions. Maintain contact with families or external partners. Contribute to the integration of new colleagues (welcome, presentation of procedures). Independently manage and implement CAT projects (service reorganisation, quality, certification, etc.).
Profile sought: Bachelor HES or ES diploma in social work. Experience in CAT, nursing homes or elderly care preferred. Analytical skills, creativity, initiative and a reflective professional attitude. Excellent interpersonal skills, active listening, collaborative spirit. Fluency in spoken and written French, good IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Sadies). Driving licence required (cat. B; D1 licence preferred). Ability to organise, structure, anticipate and manage unforeseen situations.
