For our Chailly site, we are recruiting a creative and passionate individual as an experienced cook at 100%.
YOUR MISSION
- Ensure the planning, organisation and production of dishes taking into account the specific needs of our residents - Ensure the quality and presentation of the served dishes - Comply with hygiene and food safety standards - Manage stocks and orders of fresh products - Participate in the creation of new dishes as well as the continuous improvement of the service.
YOUR PROFILE
- You hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a cook - With proven experience in catering, you have ideally worked in several hotel establishments - Collaborative and rigorous, you enjoy working in a team to ensure a quality culinary experience - You demonstrate good adaptability and your creativity makes the difference.
