Your mission:- Follow-up of adults and young adults in great difficulty within the framework of a psycho-social support approach and free adherence- Support related to their files, income management- Accompanying them in their professional project or questions related to housing- Support for access to care, prevention, and health promotion Your profile:- Hold a Bachelor HES in social work or a title deemed equivalent- Minimum 5 years of experience in accompanying adults in difficulty- Experience in the field and/or knowledge of the Vaudois social reintegration system and insurance- Teamwork skills and sense of responsibility- Skills in managing complex files- Driver's license essential We offer you:- A varied activity at the heart of societal issues- Compact schedules and 8 weeks of vacation- Working conditions according to CCT AVOP/Avenir Social Vaud- Start date: immediately or to be agreed upon- Workplace: Morges Are you interested?
