Social Educator at 70%-80%
Your mission :
- Support for adults and young adults in great difficulty within the framework of a psycho-social support approach and free adherence - Administrative support related to their files, income management - Support in their professional or training project - Management of housing-related issues - Support for access to healthcare, prevention and health promotion
Your profile:
- Holder of a Bachelor HES degree in social work or an equivalent qualification - Minimum 5 years’ experience in supporting adults in difficulty - Experience in the field of addictions and/or psychiatry - Knowledge of the Vaud social reintegration system and social insurance - Motivation for teamwork and sense of responsibility - Skills in managing complex administrative files - Driving licence essential
