It is recognised for its expertise in the fields of socio-professional integration, exclusion, and addictions. Among its various structures, each responding to a specific need, Relais 10 is a specialised care unit of the "open environment" type for people severely affected in their health. Social Educator in an Open Environment

Your mission
:
Support for adults in great difficulty, affected in their health, within the framework of an integration process; psycho-social support; Administrative support related to their files, assistance with income management; Management of housing-related issues; Support for access to healthcare, prevention, and health promotion.
Your profile:
Holder of a Bachelor HES degree in social work or an equivalent qualification; Minimum 5 years of experience in supporting adults in difficulty; Experience in the field of addictions and/or psychiatry; Knowledge of the Vaud social reintegration system and social insurance; Motivation for teamwork and sense of responsibility; Skills in managing complex administrative files; Driving licence essential.
