The Nos Pénates Foundation is a psychiatric facility with 21 beds, located in Pully North, specialising in adult and stable advanced age psychiatry.

Nurse
Mission
- You prioritise a holistic approach to the person within a framework of maintaining achievements. - Your personalised approach enables our residents to develop sufficient autonomy to improve their quality of life. - You collaborate and communicate with families and/or relatives to maintain and promote their roles in a healthy and respectful environment. - You work within an interdisciplinary team and thus contribute to its development.
Profile
- Ability to integrate your actions within interdisciplinary support work. - Autonomy and sense of responsibility. - Good stress management. - Proactive and agile in complex situations. - Pragmatic and solution-oriented. - Organisational skills, openness to change, availability and flexibility.
Training and skills
- HES Nurse diploma (Level II) in general care registered by the Swiss Red Cross. - Experience in psychiatry and mental health is a plus. - Fluency in spoken and written French. - Comfortable with resident file management software and basic office software. - Driving licence.
