The St-Justin Foundation's mission is to democratise access to education by awarding scholarships to deserving students from the Global South. It manages and runs 5 student residences in Switzerland. On the eve of its 100th anniversary in 2027, St-Justin is expanding and wishes to enhance its spaces as a cultural third place. Communications Officer at 60-80%

Mission
You will ensure the design and implementation of the foundation's institutional communication, in close connection with fundraising.
Your responsibilities
- Define and implement the communication strategy and the new identity - Implement communication for St-Justin's 100th anniversary in 2027 - Manage printed communication materials and develop digital communication (quarterly bulletin, newsletter, social media, etc.) - Produce content and adapt it into various formats (texts, visuals, videos, interviews) - Support fundraising activities through communication - Ensure consistency of the institutional identity - Develop visibility among partners and the public
Your profile
- Training in communication, marketing or equivalent field - Professional experience in a similar role - Excellent writing skills - Comfortable with digital tools - Sensitivity to intercultural and social issues - Meticulous work and attention to detail - Fluent in French, German, English; additional languages a plus
