We are advertising the following position:Financial Manager at %effective immediately or by arrangementTasksReporting to the management and responsible for the department, you will ensure the accounting and management of the foundation in an intercultural environment.Responsibilities- Ensuring the financial and operational accounting of the foundation and its various residences, preparation of financial reports- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and monitoring of contracts, agreements, and legal obligations- Contribution to the continuous improvement of financial and accounting processes- Contribution to the planning and support of development projects- Management of personnel in the department (accounting, HR)Your Profile- Education and sound experience in accounting, finance, or business management- Accuracy, ability to prioritize, and the ability to guarantee compliance with deadlines- Sound command of accounting and office software- Sound experience in a management or administrative function, experience in the non-profit sector is an advantage- Experience in team leadership is an advantage- Fluent French and German is an advantage- Sense of responsibility, integrity, and discretion- Interest in intercultural realitiesWe Offer- An exceptional and meaningful environment- A salary commensurate with responsibilities- Great autonomy in managing filesWe look forward to receiving your application by July 19.
