Mission
Reporting to the Management and responsible for the Administration Department, you will ensure the accounting and administrative management of the foundation in a multi-site and intercultural environment.
Your responsibilities
- Ensure the maintenance of the foundation's general and analytical accounting and that of its various residences, prepare financial reports - Guarantee compliance with financial and administrative deadlines - Ensure the administrative follow-up of contracts, agreements and legal obligations - Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative and accounting processes - Contribute to strategic planning and the monitoring of development projects - Supervise the administration department staff (accounting, secretariat, HR)
Your profile
- Training and proven experience in accounting, finance or business management - Rigour, sense of priorities and ability to ensure deadlines are met - Proficiency in accounting and office software - Proven experience in a management or administrative role, experience in the real estate sector is a plus - Team management experience is a plus - Fluent in French and German is a plus - Sense of responsibility, organisation and confidentiality - Interest in intercultural realities
