Tasks
Reporting to the management and responsible for the administration area, you ensure the accounting and administrative management of the foundation in a cross-location and intercultural environment.
Your responsibilities
- Ensuring the financial and operational accounting of the foundation and its various residences, preparing financial reports - Ensuring compliance with financial and administrative deadlines - Administrative monitoring of contracts, agreements and legal obligations - Contributing to the continuous improvement of administrative and accounting processes - Contributing to strategic planning and supporting development projects - Managing staff in the administration area (accounting, secretariat, HR)
Your profile
- Training and solid experience in accounting, finance or business management - Accuracy, ability to prioritise and guarantee compliance with deadlines - Strong command of accounting and office software - Solid experience in a leadership or administrative role, experience in the real estate sector an advantage - Experience in team leadership an advantage - Fluent French and German an advantage - Sense of responsibility, organisational talent and discretion - Interest in intercultural realities
