Human Resources Manager at 50%

Mission
You will ensure the management and development of the foundation's human resources in a multi-site and intercultural environment.
Your responsibilities
- Manage the entire employee lifecycle - Lead recruitment processes - Establish and monitor employment contracts - Ensure HR administrative follow-up (absences, salaries in coordination, social insurances) - Advise line managers on HR matters - Develop HR practices adapted to the size and values of the foundation - Ensure compliance with Swiss labour law
Your profile
- Training in human resources or an equivalent qualification - Proven experience in an HR role - Fluent in French and German (English is a plus) - Good knowledge of the Swiss legal framework - Sense of confidentiality and organisation - Interest in intercultural realities
