The specialized schools of Les Semailles, L'Orée, La Violette, and L'Elan-TEM X total 160 children, aged 4 to 20, divided into three divisions: IDD (Intellectual Developmental Disorders), ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorders), and SMP (Sensory-Motor and Multiple Disabilities).
The young people of L'Elan-TEM are waiting for you!L'Elan-TEM welcomes 54 adolescents and young adults by offering them socio-professional pre-apprenticeships and specialized education in class and workshops.
This structure also has an HASO-A unit that promotes learning related to social skills for young people with an intellectual developmental disorder and/or ASD.
WEYou will be a co-holder of Modulo and will ensure the reference for young people aged 15 to 20.
You will work in close collaboration with therapists and passionate teaching teams.
You will be led to share your ideas and be a source of proposals.

Join a team committed to a common vision!YOU WILL BE ESSENTIAL TO- Set up individual pedagogical projects and conduct activities including cognitive, sensory-motor, psycho-affective aspects, and social skills.- Accompany and support the autonomy of young people in all acts of daily life according to their needs (including meal times, care and hygiene, travel, and others).- Design and use pedagogical tools adapted to the heterogeneous difficulties of the young people.- Get involved in interdisciplinary collaboration.- Ensure communication with the network, families, legal representatives, and more!YOUR PROFILE- Diploma in social education or equivalent with experience as a socio-professional instructor.- Complementary training in the field of ASD, experience in the field of disability and more particularly intellectual deficiency and autism spectrum disorder.- Sense of responsibility and autonomy in daily life.- Great capacity for listening and adaptation, taste for transmission, and ease in contacts.
