The Fondation Résidence du Léman in Corseaux, a medico-social establishment with 46 beds specialising in geriatric and compatible psychogeriatric care, is looking for a
Nurse at 80-100%
The position is open to both men and women.
Your duties:
- Ensure, develop and guarantee the quality of nursing and paramedical care in collaboration with the head nurse and the IRUS - Guarantee the quality and follow-up of delegated medical acts - Provide care and support to residents independently - Participate in clinical management - Contribute to the development of the Quality approach - Work in a multidisciplinary team and support the teams
Your profile:
- Holder of a HES diploma or an equivalent diploma recognised by the Swiss Red Cross - Additional training as a practitioner trainer, clinical evaluation or psychogeriatrics is an asset - Proficiency in SADIES software - At least 2 years of experience in a similar position - Sense of responsibility and initiative
