Institution Description:
Our residential institution, guided by the values of the Gospel and inspired by the parable of the prodigal son, is committed to offering compassionate and respectful support to people suffering from addiction and severe social hardship. We believe in the dignity of every individual and in each person’s ability to access the necessary resources to initiate behavioural change.
Your mission:
- Provide psycho-social supervision and support to people suffering from addiction to enable them to achieve a better quality of life and progress towards maximum autonomy. - Ensure, according to directives, the follow-up and support according to the project defined with the beneficiary on the educational level in collaboration with other professional bodies and the beneficiary’s social network. - Ensure, according to prescriptions, care and monitor the beneficiary’s health in collaboration with doctors. - Supervise and ensure, according to directives, the organisation of the institutional life of beneficiaries in collaboration with other activity sectors. - Reflect the institution’s values to team members and beneficiaries. - Participate in team life, which includes times of prayer and sharing linked to the Christian values of the Foundation. - Ensure outpatient follow-up externally or in protected accommodation for individuals.
Desired profile:
- Diploma as a nurse or psychiatric nurse. - Experience in the addiction, psychiatry or social hardship sector with relational skills. - Ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team while working autonomously. - Organisational skills, stress resistance and ability to make appropriate decisions. - Good writing skills (report writing, etc.). - Availability and good adaptability, irregular hours (versatility). - Driving licence (mandatory). - HES practitioner trainer certificate, a plus.
