Ensure the comprehensive care of residents respecting their needs and care plan.
Provide nursing care in accordance with current prescriptions and directives.
Ensure the comfort, safety and well-being of residents on a daily basis.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to guarantee quality support.
Actively participate in the smooth running of the service and promote harmonious collaboration within the team.
Your profile
ES or HES nursing diploma.
Experience in geriatric institutions is an asset.
Excellent interpersonal skills, team spirit and kindness.
Sense of responsibility, autonomy and organisational skills.
- Strong interest in supporting and caring for elderly people. - Proficiency in French, both spoken and written. - Comfortable using IT tools and the BESA software.
