The Saphir Foundation, a multi-mission and multi-site foundation (psychogeriatrics, geriatrics, adult psychiatry), is active in the medico-social field in the canton of Vaud and in the reception and support of people weakened in their physical and mental integrity during their life process.
To complete our support teams, we are looking for the following profile for our establishment in Yverdon-les-Bains which accommodates 26 people, specialised in geriatrics:
CRS Health Assistant (M/F/D) on a permanent contract between 80% and 100% - EMS Maurice Bugnon Yverdon
Whatever their role, the professionals of the Saphir Foundation share a common will, that of supporting people daily to enable them to concretely experience the institutional strategy of services according to the aedis model "like at home". That is to say, to preserve their habits as much as possible, to offer a response adapted to their wishes and, through genuine interprofessional collaboration, to promote their well-being and quality of life.
As a CRS health assistant, you support people in their daily lives (activities of daily living, social, spiritual activities, housekeeping) while ensuring the preservation of their autonomy and taking into account the support plan. You contribute to a safe and friendly atmosphere. You participate in the person’s support plan by ensuring that their environment is adapted to their needs. You will collaborate interprofessionally and adapt your practices to the needs of each person and participate in the implementation of individualised support.
YOUR BACKGROUND - YOUR QUALITIES AND SKILLS
- You hold a Red Cross certificate or an equivalent qualification and have experience in residential care - Interest in daily support of elderly people - Sense of observation, listening and empathy - Flexible, adaptable and organised - Communication skills, team spirit and ability to self-reflect - Good command of French and common IT tools (Carefolio) - Driving licence and private vehicle
