As an expert in the field of support, you will provide support and advice to the team to manage complex situations, while contributing to the implementation of institutional projects in connection with the people, their families/relatives, and professionals. You are responsible for the organization of care, transport logistics, and the monitoring of support plans, while ensuring you perform shifts yourself according to needs in the field.
