Assistants in Community Health and CareFor our residences welcoming seniors with intellectual disabilities, we are looking for several:Assistants in Community Health and Care (ASSC)Your mission- Ensure quality care in the field of nursing and daily living activities through medical-technical procedures, assistance, and daily living support;- Participate in key stages of the support project for residents in the residence: reception, interdisciplinary meetings, interdisciplinary activities, care, and support;- Actively participate in the proper functioning of the residence and the general care of residents;- Ensure safety and guarantee a good quality of life for each resident;- Perform routine tasks related to the position;- Participate in projects related to the profileProfile- Holder of a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as an assistant in community health and care with authorization to practice in the canton of Geneva;- You have solid experience with aging people with disabilities and are familiar with the CRPD;- You are familiar with the Geneva socio-medical networks;- You are capable of adapting with flexibility and responsiveness to emergency situations;- You demonstrate rigor and a sense of responsibility;- You know how to demonstrate listening skills, availability, and perseverance;- You combine team spirit with the ability to act autonomously;- You are comfortable with standard office tools;- You are willing to work irregular hours, including weekendsConditions- Type of contract: permanent- Activity rate: - Start date: to be agreed uponYour complete application file (cover letter, curriculum vitae, copies of diplomas, and work certificates) must be sent before August 10.
