Social and Educational Assistants - Temporary Replacements
Your mission
- Participate in key stages of the support project for resident individuals: reception, interdisciplinary activities, personal care, assistance with daily living activities, and interdisciplinary meetings; - Actively contribute to the smooth running of the residence where the SEA works as well as the overall care of the residents; - Ensure safety and guarantee a good quality of life for each resident; - Promote the development of residents by encouraging self-determination and the growth of their skills through monitoring individualised socio-educational projects, validated by the referring educator; - Carry out routine administrative tasks related to the role; - Participate in educational projects related to the sector.
Your profile
- You hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as SEA or an equivalent qualification recognised by SEFRI; - You have solid experience with ageing persons with disabilities and are familiar with the CRPD; - You know the Geneva socio-educational and socio-medical networks; - You are able to adapt flexibly and respond quickly to emergency situations; - You demonstrate rigour, autonomy, and organisation, with a genuine sense of teamwork and communication; - You show listening skills, availability, and perseverance in facing daily challenges; - You are comfortable with administrative tasks as well as IT and office tools; - You are willing to work irregular hours, nights, and weekends; - You are mobile and able to quickly adapt to the requirements of our residences.
Contract type: permanent contract
