Specialist Educator (Fixed-term Contract)
Your mission
- Promote the personal development of residents and the enhancement of their skills through personalised educational action. - Coordinate socio-educational projects for residents, ensure their follow-up, and establish individualised objectives according to the reference principle. - Support residents in daily life tasks. - Actively participate in the smooth running of the residence and the overall care of residents. - Carry out routine administrative tasks related to the role. - Participate in educational projects linked to the sector.
Your profile
- Specialist educator diploma from HETS or an equivalent qualification recognised by SEFRI. - Several years of experience in the disability field. - Knowledge of intellectual disability associated with autism spectrum disorder and psychiatric disorders. - Good knowledge of the Geneva medico-social network. - Good adaptability, autonomy, and organisational skills. - Competence in administrative tasks, writing skills, and good command of IT and office tools. - Willingness to work irregular hours and weekends. - Swiss nationality or valid work permit.
80% activity rate Start date: 1 August 2026 Contract type: Fixed-term contract until 10.10.2026
