Technical Agent, General Services
Your mission
- Ensure rapid, versatile and local technical interventions on the foundation's various sites. - Carry out routine maintenance work, simple repairs and improvements meeting daily operational needs. - Ensure the proper functioning of installations and contribute to the quality of work and living environments. - Perform basic technical interventions in various fields (carpentry, plumbing, locksmithing, painting, equipment). - Propose practical solutions and participate in the continuous improvement of spaces. - Support Maintenance Technicians during more significant interventions and contribute to the logistical organisation of technical activities.
Your profile
- Basic technical training (CFC or equivalent) in a building or maintenance field. - Proven experience in a versatile maintenance or technical upkeep role. - Good practical skills in several technical areas (DIY, maintenance, minor repairs). - Ability to work independently, with a sense of priorities and responsiveness. - Service-oriented, solution-focused and good collaboration skills. - Interpersonal ease and ability to adapt to varied environments, with a respectful and appropriate attitude in interactions. - Category B driving licence essential to ensure interventions throughout the Canton of Geneva.
