Your mission
- Provide delegated medical-technical care and basic care in close collaboration with a nurse for quality client care - Actively contribute to clients’ home maintenance through prevention and health promotion measures while considering individual needs with personalised care and promoting clients’ autonomy - Participate in the development of clients’ therapeutic project within the interdisciplinary team by collecting and transmitting your observations and proposals - Participate in development projects and working groups focused on continuous improvement of home care and assistance services - Actively collaborate in interdisciplinary team activities with a distinct role allowing you to value your profession as a CHCA as a full participant in the health system
Your profile and skills
- Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as CHCA or equivalent qualification (foreign diploma recognised by CRS) - Experience in the medico-social field and strong interest in community health - Ability to collaborate in networks and multidisciplinary teams - Sense of responsibility and professional ethics
