In the field, you intervene at the place of residence or activity of the beneficiaries. You define with clients the most suitable solutions for their situations and thus develop a detailed knowledge and a privileged relationship of trust with them. Being part of a close-knit and supportive team, practising these professions allows great autonomy but requires great responsibility and flexibility from our collaborators.
Working on an hourly contract means having the freedom to work according to your availability, without a minimum activity rate or as a secondary activity.

Field Nurse (M/F)
Variable activity rate between 20% and 80%
Permanent contract - hourly salary
Your mission
- Provide advice, examination and treatment services, as well as nursing and basic care for quality client care
- Actively contribute to clients’ home maintenance through prevention and health promotion measures while considering individual needs with personalised care and promoting clients’ autonomy
- Participate in the development of clients’ therapeutic project within the interdisciplinary team by collecting and transmitting your observations and proposals
- Participate in development projects and working groups focused on continuous improvement of home care and assistance services
- Actively collaborate in interdisciplinary team activities with a distinct role allowing you to highlight your nursing expertise as a full participant in the healthcare system
Your profile and skills
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing or equivalent qualification (foreign diploma recognised by the CRS) - Experience in the medico-social field is an asset and strong interest in community health - Ability to collaborate in networks and multidisciplinary teams - Agility, sense of responsibility, prioritisation skills and professional ethics - Fluency in French, both spoken and written - Good proficiency with IT tools and mobile telephony - Driving licence and vehicle essential
