Our Medical-Social Centres (CMS) offer the population of Lausanne multidisciplinary quality services, and their interventions are based on values of humanity and fairness. Our Transport Office for People with Reduced Mobility in the Lausanne region is tasked with coordinating transport for people with mobility difficulties. This office brings together home care organisations in the Lausanne metropolitan area (Fondation Soins Lausanne, APROMAD, APREMADOL) and Pro Infirmis. It deals with transport partners under the collaboration agreement, namely adapted transport providers who have contracts with Fondation Soins Lausanne, Taxi Services Sàrl, the Red Cross, and the Lausanne volunteer assistance service. Your mission:
Ensure the coordination of transport for people with reduced mobility living at home in the Greater Lausanne area Guarantee the quality of services and continuous improvement of the system Manage a team of about ten employees Ensure budget monitoring, invoicing, and activity reporting Develop collaboration with network partners and represent the institution to them Handle particular situations and complaints related to the service Your profile and skills: Higher education in the medico-social, health, or public administration field Management training is an asset Proven experience in team management and project leadership Experience in managing an operational activity Good knowledge of the Vaud socio-health system and funding schemes Ease in managing delicate situations and complaints Leadership, proactivity, and solution orientation Writing skills and ease in interpersonal contacts Proficiency in IT tools and activity databases Fluency in French, both spoken and written We offer: Integration plan by profession, rich and varied continuing training offers, professional development opportunities Pay equity between women and men (Fair-ON-Pay certification) Remuneration according to the Collective Labour Agreement (CCT) of the Vaud parapublic health sector Advantageous offers with preferential rates in service companies related to sport, health and well-being, and various leisure activities Soft mobility policy and contribution to public transport costs Five weeks of holiday per year and six weeks from age 50 Location:
