The Medico-Social Centers (CMS) offer the population of Lausanne high-quality multidisciplinary care, and their interventions are based on values of humanity and equity. To complete our teams, Soins Lausanne is looking for, immediately or by agreement, an Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Specialist - 80%.Your mission- Deploy and ensure the monitoring of the occupational risk prevention approach (biological, chemical, physical, ergonomic, psychosocial) and case management for employees on sick leave or with complex health issues, and coordinate maintenance and return-to-work actions.- Advise managers and collaborate with internal and external partners (AVASAD, GSE and safety specialists, insurance companies, external experts, occupational medicine, OHS bodies), coordinate prevention actions, and participate in institutional projects.- Promote good practices in hygiene, infection prevention, ergonomics, and protective equipment.- Develop and update procedures, tools, and support materials related to occupational health and safety.- Raise awareness and train staff to strengthen the safety culture.Profile and your skills- Bachelor's degree or equivalent title in the fields of health, human sciences, or social work.- Specialized complementary training in occupational health and/or insurance, or project management or case management.- 1 to 5 years of professional experience in occupational health, community health, prevention, or a field related to health and safety.- Mastery of the legal framework and the MSST system.- Proven skills in prevention and health promotion.- Excellent communication and networking skills in a multidisciplinary environment.- Sense of perspective and global vision.- Emotional mastery and stress management.- Very good listening and writing skills, and a sense of service and professional ethics.Application deadline: August 16.Due to our field of activity, a criminal record extract must be presented during the hiring process.
