In the field, you intervene at the beneficiaries’ place of residence or activity. You define with clients the most suitable solutions for their situations and thus develop a detailed knowledge and a privileged relationship of trust with them. Being part of a close-knit and supportive team, practising these professions allows great autonomy but requires great responsibility and flexibility from our collaborators.
To complete our teams, the CMS of the Soins Lausanne Foundation is looking for several immediately or to be agreed:
Healthcare Assistant (M/F)
Activity rate between 50% and 80%

Your mission
- Provide basic care, hygiene and comfort services in daily activities and help maintain order and cleanliness in the living environment - Monitor the clients’ general condition and transmit useful observations for quality care in continuity of treatment - Stimulate and support clients and their relatives by maintaining their autonomy and quality of life as much as possible according to their abilities - Offer listening and develop a relational and trusting bond - Actively collaborate in the activities of interdisciplinary teams with a specific role allowing you to value your profession as a healthcare assistant as a full participant in the healthcare system
Your profile and skills
- CRS 120-hour healthcare assistant certificate or equivalent certification (foreign diploma recognised by the CRS) or willingness to undertake training - Strong interest in advanced age and home care - Ability to organise autonomously while knowing how to collaborate in a network and multidisciplinary environment - Experience in the medico-social field and strong interest in community health - Sense of responsibility and professional ethics - Fluency in French, both spoken and written - Good ease with IT tools and mobile telephony
