Social Educators ES-HES
available activity rates from 50% to 90%
The available positions are located in the different departments of the Foundation, each accommodating up to 8 residents who have mild to moderate or even severe intellectual disabilities, associated or not with psychological disorders. Although some residents generally have capacities in performing daily living activities, their various needs require a permanent educational presence.
Your mission:
- Support residents daily (ASD, complex situations, etc.) in carrying out their life project, based on the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD) - Work in a multidisciplinary team for the development, monitoring and evaluation of personalised support projects - Develop and maintain network collaboration, both internally with the health service, therapists and other Foundation services, and externally with families, legal representatives, specialists and various partners - Support residents in performing daily living activities and basic care - Carry out care and medical-technical acts related to your level of competence - Participate in the Foundation's development projects - Attend various sessions such as conferences, status updates, summaries, etc. - Perform all administrative tasks related to support
Your profile:
- Diploma as Social Educator ES or HES - Significant experience with people presenting intellectual disabilities and associated disorders - Proven organisational skills and ability to work both autonomously and in a multidisciplinary team - Physical and psychological resilience to cope with complex situations - Good listening skills and ability to promote interdisciplinary collaboration - Respect, fairness and solidarity are part of your values and you know how to embody them in your daily practice
