The FVP is a private law institution, 60% subsidized by the Canton of Vaud, whose mission is to prevent the risk of recidivism and promote the social reintegration of individuals affected by the criminal justice system. It is looking for a 60% permanent position.Your responsibilitiesYou hold a position within our open environment sentencing sector. You are responsible for the implementation of the execution of a custodial sentence in the form of electronic monitoring. You ensure compliance with conditions and prevent the risk of recidivism through social and legal actions. You transmit to the competent authority reports on sentences or measures ordered with electronic monitoring, taking into account the directives in force. You also ensure the monitoring of electronic surveillance both in a criminal context and for civil measures. You achieve an individualized and optimal management of the clientele, in particular by collaborating with the referral network.ProfileYou hold a higher education degree in social work at the HES level and/or in criminal sciences (criminologist, jurist, etc.). Experience in the penitentiary field is an asset. Endowed with an assertive personality, you have a sense of responsibility, autonomy, and organization. You know how to set and maintain a framework with rigor and firmness while demonstrating an open mind. You are stress-resistant, rigorous, and precise in the execution of tasks. You have excellent writing skills and master IT tools. Your criminal record is clean. You are in possession of a driver's license and a private vehicle.Recruitment and important informationRecruitment for this position will be carried out in collaboration with the Office for the Execution of Sentences due to the transfer of this position to the State.
