Your Role As an Account Executive at fonio, you're a closer through and through. You get warm, pre-qualified leads every day and know exactly what to do with them. And when the pipeline dries out, you don't wait around: you go on the hunt for deals.
What to expect
Inbound demos: 8–16 qualified demo calls per day
Quota ownership: clear monthly and quarterly targets
Pipeline management: structured follow-ups and clean CRM hygiene
Help sharpen our sales motion as we scale fast
Who We're Looking For
1+ years of sales experience in transactional or B2B SaaS sales
Proven closing track record along a structured funnel
High discipline, strong ownership, and a genuine hunger to earn
Natural communicator and storyteller
Native or C2 Polish; strong English. German is a big plus
Ready for a paid temporary relocation (around 2 months in Vienna to soak up our culture)

€65.000-€75.000 OTE
(base + uncapped commission)
