Review and update contract templates based on legal developments. Provide legal counsel on contractual obligations and risk mitigation. Ensure compliance with laws and company policies in contracts. Collaborate with internal teams for effective vendor contract management. Develop and implement contract templates and best practices. Manage processes and tools related to contracts.
