The selected candidate will support research and analytical work on human development issues, help build and manage strategic partnerships, and contribute to the preparation of global reports, policy publications, and knowledge products that shape international development discussions.## Benefits* International contract for one year, renewable based on organizational needs and performance.* Opportunity to work with UNDP’s Human Development Report Office (HDRO).* Participation in the development of influential global reports and policy initiatives.* Multicultural international working environment.* Professional development opportunities and access to a broad network of development experts, researchers, and international partners.## Duties & responsibilities* Conduct research and analyze data related to human development issues, trends, and policies.* Contribute to the preparation of global Human Development Reports and other flagship publications.* Develop and manage partnerships with governments, universities, research institutions, and international organizations.* Support resource mobilization efforts and maintain relationships with donors and development partners.* Organize seminars, workshops, conferences, and international meetings.* Prepare briefing notes, presentations, knowledge products, and communication materials.## Eligibility criteria* Master’s degree in Economics, Development Studies, Public Policy, Political Science, International Relations, or a related field.* Alternatively, a Bachelor’s degree with additional relevant professional experience.* Minimum of two years of relevant experience for candidates with a Master’s degree, or four years for candidates with a Bachelor’s degree.* Experience in research, policy analysis, partnership development, or related fields.* Fluency in English, both written and spoken.* Skills in data analysis, statistics, or quantitative research methods are considered an advantage. #J-18808-Ljbffr
