1. Identify and create new sales opportunities to maintain and develop strong relationships with customers.

2. Manage sales cycles, market business solutions, build a solid pipeline of qualified prospects, and conduct all necessary sales activities to achieve targets.

3. Develop sales and marketing initiatives with key partners to increase monthly sales revenue.

4. Maintain client databases and grow each new sale into a strong account reference.

Requirements :

1. Bachelor\’s Degree with at least 5 years of experience in account management or business development within the IT industry. Experience in selling cybersecurity solutions is mandatory; experience in selling security services is preferred.

2. Skilled in Solution Selling, Project Selling, and Channel Management.

3. Aggressive, dynamic, result-oriented, team player with high integrity, target focus, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

4. Preferably experienced in the manufacturing sector or healthcare industry.

5. Proficient in interpersonal and communication skills in German.
